我们 KK Yacht Travel Sdn Bhd 致力于确保公平透明的退款政策。本退款政策阐明了我们如何处理退款请求、退款以及在您使用我们的服务时如何保障您作为客户的权利。通过访问或使用我们的服务，您承认您已彻底阅读、理解并同意遵守本政策中规定的所有条款和条件。

客户取消：

If the customer cancels the yacht private charter at least 7 days before the scheduled date, they will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
The customer will receive a 50% refund of the total charter cost, with the remaining 50% withheld as a cancellation fee.
Regardless of cancellation, customers are entitled to a 100% refund for the cost of the food portion of the charter.
Customers can postpone the yacht charter at least 7 days before the scheduled date with no charges (subject to availability).
The rescheduled date must be for the same type of fleet originally booked. Changing to a different fleet may result in additional charges.
If the customer cancels the yacht charter with less than 7 days’ notice before the scheduled date, they will not receive any refund.

Rescheduling is only allowed ONCE at least 1 month before the original charter date and is subject to availability.
The rescheduled date must be for the same type of fleet originally booked. Changing to a different fleet may result in additional charges.
Otherwise, the booking will be considered cancelled and no refunds are provided. Please contact us at +60162238415 with your order number and we will assist you.
