This Refund Policy elucidates how we handle refund requests, process refunds, and safeguard your rights as a customer when you engage with our services. By accessing or utilizing our services, you acknowledge that you have thoroughly read, comprehended, and consent to abide by all the terms and conditions stated in this policy.
Reservation Cancellation
Cancellation by the Customer:
- If the customer cancels the yacht private charter at least 7 days before the scheduled date, they will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- The customer will receive a 50% refund of the total charter cost, with the remaining 50% withheld as a cancellation fee.
- Regardless of cancellation, customers are entitled to a 100% refund for the cost of the food portion of the charter.
- Customers can postpone the yacht charter at least 7 days before the scheduled date with no charges (subject to availability).
- The rescheduled date must be for the same type of fleet originally booked. Changing to a different fleet may result in additional charges.
- If the customer cancels the yacht charter with less than 7 days’ notice before the scheduled date, they will not receive any refund.
Cancellation by KK Yacht Travel:
- In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your reservation due to unforeseen circumstances or technical issues, we will offer you the choice of rescheduling or receiving a full refund.
Reschedule
- Rescheduling is only allowed ONCE at least 1 month before the original charter date and is subject to availability.
- The rescheduled date must be for the same type of fleet originally booked. Changing to a different fleet may result in additional charges.
- Otherwise, the booking will be considered cancelled and no refunds are provided. Please contact us at +60162238415 with your order number and we will assist you.
Refund Process
- To request a refund, please contact our customer support team via email or phone, providing the necessary details of your reservation and reason for cancellation.
- Our team will review your request and initiate the refund process if it meets the eligibility criteria.
- Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Please note that it may take 3 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Non-Refundable Situations
In certain circumstances, refunds may not be applicable, including:
- Failure to notify us within the specified cancellation period.
- No-show or late arrival at the scheduled rental time.
- Violation of our rental terms and conditions leading to termination of the rental agreement.
- Damage caused to the yacht or its equipment due to negligence or misuse.
Changes to Reservations
If you need to modify your reservation, please contact us as early as possible. b. Changes to the rental period, yacht model, or additional services may affect the total rental cost. Any additional charges or refunds resulting from modifications will be communicated to you accordingly.

In case of any disputes or concerns regarding your refund, please contact our customer support team. We will make every effort to resolve the issue promptly and fairly.
