Rules
To have the best time with us, we request you to observe:
- No footwear onboard
- No pets
- No cooking
- Drink responsibly
- No rash acts that may jeopardize your life or others; always listen to the Captain and Crews
- Children and Infants must be supervised by an adult at all times; even if wearing life jackets and irrespective of their swimming experience, our captain and crews are not responsible or liable for them
- Smoking is only allowed at designated outdoor areas only, cigarette butts must be disposed responsibly
- Usage of a Jet Ski must be accompanied with a presence of a member of crew, guests are not allowed to utilise the Jet Ski independently
Rescheduling
Rescheduling is only allowed ONCE at least 1 month before the original charter date and is subject to availability. Otherwise, the booking will be considered cancelled and no refunds are provided. Please contact us at +60162238415 and we will assist you.
